- Regulatory compliance: the information system no longer met the requirements of Benin’s Digital Code. Compared three replacement solutions (usability, migration feasibility, modularity) and presented them to the IT Department. Selected solution: Odoo, now in acceptance testing.
- Data administration: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL in production; data mapping, cleansing and validation ahead of the migration.
- Analysis and project management: gathering business requirements, specifications, deliverables, writing functional specifications and running IT projects.
- Support and training: day-to-day user support, incident resolution, acceptance testing with users, procedures and technical documentation.
